国外开放政府数据研究进展

摘要：

文章以Web of Science(核心合集)作为文献索引库,检索开放政府数据相关文献索引46条,通过数据库检索、文献传递等方式,经过剔除、筛选,获取其中43篇全文文献。经过对43篇文献的阅读归纳,目前国外开放政府数据研究主要集中于开放政府数据政策与管理、开放政府数据使用与价值、开放政府数据基础设施研究及开放政府数据互操作研究。研究方法成熟,程度较深。相比之下,我国开放政府数据研究程度较浅,高质量成果较少。文章呼吁国内相关领域研究者借鉴国际同行的研究思路,以弥补我国开放政府数据研究的不足。
