摘要
网络药理学从生物网络的角度系统地揭示药物和机体相互作用的规律和原理,代表了现代生物医药研究的全新哲学理念与研究模式,其实验研究涉及的环节一是基于实验结果进行网络构建所需基本数据的获取,另一个是对所建立的网络预测模型进行实验验证。网络药理学实验技术应具有高通量、可定量、快速、高灵敏度和高准确性的特点,其所涉及的实验关键技术除了组学(基因组、蛋白质组、代谢组和糖组等)技术外,目前主要包括高通量/高内涵技术、双高通量基因表达检测技术和分子相互作用技术等。本文对这三种主要技术在网络药理学中的应用做了综述。
