“治未病”思想在预防骨质疏松性骨折的应用研究进展

摘要
骨质疏松性骨折(OPF)作为骨质疏松症(OP)最严重的并发症之一,严重影响中老年患者的健康及生活质量。中医"治未病"思想是疾病防治的重要指导思想,该思想与现代预防医学理念相结合、与现代医学发展成果骨折预测工具、OP及OPF分子生物学机制相关信号通路等成果相补充,对骨质疏松性骨折的防治有深远意义。本文基于"治未病"思想中医渊源及骨质疏松性骨折生理、病理特点,结合现代医学骨质疏松性骨折预防工具及分子生物学机制相关信号通路等研究成果进行综述,探究"治未病"思想在骨质疏松性骨折中的防治意义,提高人们对OPF预防的重视程度,努力实现"防患于未然,治病于萌芽"的伟大目标。
