摘要：

<正>20世纪70年代末,生物—心理—社会医学模式的出现,使个体的自身潜能逐渐被重视。1979年美籍以色列心理学家Antonovsky提出的有益健康模型为探讨身心健康问题开辟了新的视角,该理论更多地关注面对压力时,个体是如何积极应对并挖掘自身潜在资源,以维持、促进健康。
