不同激励源下宽幅喷雾机喷杆的动态特性分析

摘要
针对不同激励源下喷杆运动特性的分析问题,该文根据宽幅喷雾机悬架和喷杆的几何特征建立了带弹簧阻尼器的悬架-喷杆模型,在频域内对模型进行综合分析,并根据其脉冲响应、阶跃响应和频率响应特性优选出理想的弹簧阻尼系数并对模型进行了动态仿真分析,观察了模型在不同激励源下喷杆和悬架末端的位移变化情况。研究表明:弹簧阻尼器的安装位置不是影响悬架性能的主要参数;旋转运动对喷杆的影响远大于平移运动对喷杆的影响;带弹簧阻尼器的模型可以满足设计要求。
