美国国防高级研究计划局(DARPA)为保持美国领先的技术优势作出了卓越的贡献。DARPA在长期坚持创新的过程中,积累了丰富的成功经验。本文分析了DARPA技术创新的成功之道,从DARPA开展的技术创新活动探讨了颠覆性技术创新的规律。并探讨了DARPA技术创新存在的问题,指出了新形势下DARPA技术创新面临的挑战。
