摘要：

通过总结手足口病的现代研究中对肠道病毒的认识及本病的流行病学、病原学等研究结果,结合中医病因学、瘟疫学理论,对手足口病的疾病归属及病因属性进行探讨。提出手足口病应属瘟疫中的湿温病范畴,其病原为湿热性质的杂气致病,并和机体的内因有很大关系,临床治疗应参照湿温病的规律进行辨治。
