摘要：

目的探讨血浆和肽素水平与脑梗死相关性。方法对60例脑梗死急性期和55例健康体检者(正常对照组)进行血浆和肽素水平检测,分析血浆和肽素水平与脑梗死患者相关性。结果脑梗死急性期血浆和肽素水平明显高于正常对照组(p<0.01),脑梗死病灶越大,和肽素水平越高(p<0.05)。NIHSS评分中者血浆和肽素水平明显高于轻者(p<0.05);评分重者血浆和肽素水平明显高于轻者(p<0.01);评分重者血浆和肽素水平明显高于中者(p<0.01);评分中-重者血浆和肽素水平明显高于轻者(p<0.01)。结论血浆和肽素水平与脑梗死急性期具有一定的相关性,是判断脑梗死预后指标之一。
