摘要：

目的探讨漯河地区城乡肠易激综合征(IBS)的患病率、就诊率。方法采用随机分层整群抽样的方法在漯河市城区和农村抽取年龄在18～80岁的居民共2940人进行面谈式问卷调查。结果漯河城乡IBS患病率为5.88%,直接标化后得总体患病率为5.89%。男性患病率低于女性,男女比例为1.00:1.24。IBS病例总体就诊率为17.3%。结论河南省漯河市城乡IBS患病率较高,但低于国外水平。
