人力资源是企业持续竞争优势之源。本文比较详细地剖析了战略性人力资源管理的内涵与特征、战略匹配与战略弹性、人力资源战略与企业经营战略的整合、文化整合 ,最后指出了进行战略性人力资源管理是我国企业的必然选择
