<正>应力相关性骨损伤(Stress-related bone injuries,SRBI)是指低于急性骨折强度的应力持续作用于骨骼引起的一系列损伤[1]。X线对于早期SRBI敏感性极低(10%),MR由于其对骨髓和软组织改变的高敏感度对于SRBI的早期诊断有着巨大的优势。文献报道[2]下肢骨为SRBI最常发生部位,笔者
