摘要：

本文提出了女性科技工作者职业发展测量指标,通过聚类分析对女性科技工作者职业生涯发展阶段与模式进行探索性研究,并结合科技工作者职业生涯发展的性别差异分析,总结了女性科技工作者职业生涯发展的特征和瓶颈,提出了提高女性科技工作者职业效能的策略建议。
