摘要
5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)是脑内的一种重要神经递质,目前报告有7种受体14种亚型,分别是5-HT1A,5-HT1B,5-HT1D,5-HT1E,5-HT1F,5-HT2A,5-HT2B,5-HT2C,5-HT3,5-HT4,5-HT5A,5-HT5B,5-HT6和5-HT7受体。早期研究发现5-HT能系统通过作用于乙酰胆碱能系统而发挥对记忆的调节作用。随着研究深入,有发现5-HT对短时记忆和长时记忆的作用不同,出现受体上的功能分化,1-7受体亚型的激动剂、反向激动剂、拮抗剂,以及药物实施阶段的不同都有可能产生对记忆的不同影响。这为探知记忆本质以及相关药物治疗提供了重要线索。
