癫痫伴发抑郁障碍的研究现状

摘要：

癫痫是神经科常见的慢性病,癫痫伴发抑郁障碍的患病率较高,两者具有共同的危险因素,神经递质异常或者累及相同的神经解剖结构,且病程较长,治疗过程需服药时间长,均易受外界环境和社会、生活事件的影响。在日常诊疗过程中,部分医师多注重症状的控制,而未重视其伴发的精神症状,严重影响了患者的工作、学习及生活质量。现就其发病机制、相互关系及其治疗进行综述。
