<正>1概述乳腺癌是一种异质性肿瘤,在组织形态、免疫表型、生物学行为及治疗反应上存在着极大的差异。Perou等通过cDNA微阵列技术分析乳腺癌基因表达,发现2类ER阳性亚型:导管A型(luminal A)和导管B型(luminal B)乳腺癌,临床预后最好;而3类ER阴性亚型:HER-2过度表达型(HER-2 overexpression)、基底样型(basal-like,BBC)和正常型(normal-like)乳腺癌,对治疗反应和预后存在显著差异。三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)约占所有乳腺癌的
