中国企业战略转型能力与绩效关系的实证研究

摘要：

以国内外关于战略转型的研究理论为基础,基于140家中国企业的问卷调查,利用实证研究方法探讨了我国企业战略转型能力及其各纬度对绩效的影响关系。研究结果证实我国企业的战略转型能力与企业绩效正相关,但战略转型能力的不同维度对绩效的作用呈现差异,进一步说明提升持续创新能力是影响企业绩效的关键因素,是企业竞争优势的源泉。
