摘要：

同型半胱氨酸是蛋氨酸代谢过程中的一个中间产物,研究证实,同型半胱氨酸的代谢异常导致的高同型半胱氨酸血症是急性冠脉综合征的独立危险因子。迄今为止,高同型半胱氨酸在急性冠脉综合征发病中的确切作用机制尚不清楚,目前主要认为与氧化机制造成血管内皮损伤和功能失调、破坏体内凝血系统、刺激血管平滑肌增殖、影响脂质代谢和炎性因子等方面有关。
