肠道菌群与结直肠癌关系研究进展

摘要
人体肠道菌群代谢成分通过与受体结合、刺激炎症因子分泌,与其他变化一起,引起炎症反应,最终导致结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)的发生。而肠道内的益生菌则通过屏障作用、抑制DNA损伤等机制保护肠道黏膜,抵御CRC的发生,并可被用于预防及辅助治疗CRC。胃肠道手术可以影响肠道菌群的代谢,影响微生态平衡。本文将针对肠道菌群与结直肠癌关系的最近进展进行综述。
