电网改造简化经济分析方法研究

摘要：

在成本费用法的基础上,结合线损计算和可靠性评估,建立了在投产贷款期进行年费用分析的经济分析方法。该分析方法计算成本时,综合考虑了工程建设周期、融资方式、因折旧方式和所得税率不同而产生的国家政策倾向的影响;计算工程改造的效益时,综合考虑线损电量和停电损失,使可靠性经济评估更符合生产实际,并以齐齐哈尔电网实际改造方案为例计算了经济效益情况。
