高血压患者胱硫醚-β-合酶、硫化氢与颈动脉内膜中膜厚度的关系

摘要
目的探讨高血压患者血清胱硫醚-β-合酶(CBS)、硫化氢(H2S)水平与颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(CIMT)的相关性。方法对116例高血压患者,测量其血压、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血脂四项(总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇),并检测CBS、H2S水平和CIMT。依据Hcy水平将高血压患者分为H型高血压组(Hcy≥10μmol/L)和非H型高血压组(Hcy<10μmol/L),比较两组Hcy、血脂、CBS、H2S、CIMT的差异。采用Pearson法分析各指标与CIMT之间的相关性。结果 H型高血压组患者CIMT高于非H型高血压组(P<0.05),CBS、H2S水平均低于非H型高血压组(均P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示:在高血压患者中,Hcy与CIMT呈正相关(r=0.752,P<0.05);CBS、H2S与Hcy呈负相关(r分别为-0.413、-0.698,均P<0.05),与CIMT呈负相关(r分别为-0.518、-0.779,均P<0.05)。结论与非H型高血压患者相比,H型高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度更明显。高血压患者的CBS、H2S与颈动脉粥样硬化密切相关,有望作为高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的早期预测指标。
