摘要：

炎症性肠病是肠道的慢性炎症性疾病,其病因并不完全明确,其中免疫因素致病是目前一重要学说。而CD40在介导免疫反应中发挥着重要作用。黏膜T淋巴细胞功能障碍在炎性肠疾病(IBD)的发病中起着重要的作用,并且已有研究证实IBD患者的辅助T细胞1(Th1)细胞存在异常激活,有研究认为CD40与CD40L的结合,促进CD4+T细胞的活化,并诱导T细胞向Th1型细胞因子分化。并且CD40/CD40L在B淋巴细胞及血小板中也有不同程度的表达,而B细胞及血小板的活化在炎症性肠病发生发展过程中也起到重要的作用。
