多模式镇痛应用进展及发展趋势

摘要：

背景有效的围术期镇痛有利于患者术后康复、提高患者满意度,但目前最常用的阿片类药物其较高的副作用发生率仍然使部分患者遭受痛苦。多模式镇痛(multimodal analgesia,MMA)理论的出现使这种矛盾的缓解成为可能。目的对近些年应用于MMA常用药物的应用效果及所产生的问题作一综述。内容 MMA可以提高术后镇痛效果并在一定程度上减少镇痛药物需要量、减少相关副作用,但由于药物副作用的限制多种药物联合使用仍需更多研究予以支持。趋向多学科管理已成为现代医疗发展的趋势,完善的术后镇痛无疑是其中重要环节,MMA在以实现"最高镇痛效果、最低副作用"为目标的术后镇痛管理中有广大的发展空间。
