<正>神经阻滞抗伤害性刺激反应效果确切、完全,若复合神经安定镇痛或全麻,其优势更为显著。国内近年来应用硬膜外间隙-蛛网膜下间隙联合阻滞的数量增加,连续蛛网膜下间隙阻滞亦处于推广阶段。由此,局麻药的神经毒性成为麻醉学与疼痛治疗学领域关注的重点。本文拟阐述以下问题: 1.局麻药的神经毒性在临床中的意义;2.局麻药对周围神经
