基质金属蛋白酶-2在急性心肌梗死患者血清中的表达

摘要
目的 探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )的表达与不稳定斑块的内在联系。方法 应用酶图 (SDS -PAGEzymograph)和Westernblotting的方法检测 2 0例AMI患者发病后第 1、 3、 7天血清中MMP 2的水平。结果 与对照组相比 ,AMI患者发病后的第 1天血清MMP 2的表达2倍增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,在发病后第 3、 7天血清中仍保持高水平MMP 2的表达 ,但与发病第 1天相比差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 血清MMP 2在急性心肌梗死患者中明显增高 ,进一步证实了不稳定的斑块破裂而导致AMI与MMP 2的内在联系
