脑钠肽及和肽素水平与冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的相关性

摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者冠状病变程度与脑钠肽(BNP)、和肽素(Copeptin)水平之间的关系。方法检测30例急性心肌梗死患者(AMI组)、38例不稳定型心绞痛患者(UAP组)、43例稳定型心绞痛患者(SAP组)和25例健康对照者血浆BNP和Copeptin水平,比较4组受检者冠状动脉病变支数、左主干病变程度冠脉Gensini评分与BNP和Copeptin水平的相关性。结果4组受检者BNP和Copeptin水平及Gensini积分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中AMI组、UAP组BNP和Copeptin水平与SAP组和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且AMI组BNP和Copeptin水平与UAP组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BNP、Copeptin水平与冠脉病变支数、左主干病变程度、冠脉Gensini评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血浆BNP和Copeptin的水平和冠状动脉病变程度之间存在一定关系,可以反映心肌受损的程度,具有重要的临床意义。
