摘要：

从博弈论视角分析丝路基金吸引投资者参与"一带一路"PPP项目建设的作用机制。结果表明,存在投资者参与"一带一路"PPP项目建设的纳什均衡解,并且在该结果下达到帕累托最优;丝路基金通过改变投资者生产函数、降低交易成本、扩大资产池、优化资本结构、降低风险等,促进其参与"一带一路"沿线PPP项目建设。还对如何更好发挥丝路基金吸引境内外投资者参与"一带一路"PPP项目建设,提出了几点建议。
