摘要：

分子靶向抗癌药物的毒副作用迥然不同于传统的细胞毒药物,尤其是其最为常见的皮肤毒性,可引发身体和心理的明显异常,导致药物的减量或中断从而影响治疗的效果。了解这些皮肤毒性的机制,制定适当的毒性分期标准,进而给予正确的防治,对确保患者生活质量及抗肿瘤治疗的连续性都十分重要。本文综述分子靶向抗癌药物中最有代表性的表皮生长因子受体抑制剂的皮肤毒副作用的发生率、临床表现、发病机制以及诊断和处理原则。
