六分钟步行试验在肺功能评价中的应用现状及展望

摘要：

六分钟步行试验是目前已被公认的评价受试者心肺功能研究方法之。它操作简便、安全、可重复性高、费用低廉。由于它在慢性肺疾病患者病死率中具有很高的预测价值,而被频繁用于监测肺功能。在慢性肺部疾病的严重阶段,六分钟步行距离越短提示患者的肺功能越差。本文就六分钟步行试验的方法、评价慢性肺部疾病预后等进行综述。
