生殖支原体于1981年首次从2例男性非淋球菌性尿道炎患者的尿道分泌物中分离培养成功并予命名。本文对该支原体的形态结构、培养特性、分子生物学及生物化学特征、实验室检测技术以及与临床疾病的关系等进行了综述。
