中国成年人血清尿酸与高血压前期的关系

摘要
目的探讨中国成年人中血清尿酸水平与高血压前期的关系,评估年龄、肥胖、空腹血糖(FPG)和脂类对其影响。方法对14 451例非高血压者的血压、BMI、FPG、血脂、血尿酸水平进行分析。结果将血清尿酸水平按五分位法进行分层,校正相关因素后高血压前期风险的OR值随尿酸水平升高而升高。血清尿酸水平200~380μmol/L,与高血压前期风险呈线性相关,200μmol/L为这种线性相关的转折点,FPG可影响两者的相关性(P<0.0001)。结论血清尿酸水平与高血压前期相关联,并独立于其他代谢危险因素。这种关联性在年长个体中差异无统计学意义。FPG可影响这种相关性。
