摘要：

On the intention of improving managing quality? benefit? information in the aspect of civil-defence-engineering, this paper studies the management information system and application, with the technical of geography system? computer? net? data base, and so on, including system collectivity designing? technical structure? obtaining and disposing engineering information data? system function and example demonstration. The model shows that CSMIS will improve the work efficiency and be important effect in pushing the empoldering and application of engineering, and this system will be valuable part in city information study.
