<正>脑卒中是老年人的常见病与多发病,是人类致残率和病死率最高的三大疾病之一。1921年Kraepelin就曾提出,脑卒中患者常常伴发心理障碍及行为异常,然而,直至1977年Folstein等才首次报道脑卒中后常见的伴随症状是抑郁,并称之为卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)。脑卒中后患者所遗留的生理及心理变化可能是灾难性的,PSD即
