摘要：
According to the basic elements' methods,the shortages in our country's human factor are analysed and elaborated.Enhance knowledge training and standard awareness,as well as avoid the trap of overconfidence,understanding the traps in language,so as to improve capability of distinguish in language. In this paper,the subject of individual character of pilot is made an inquiry.
