OLETF大鼠自发性2型糖尿病动物模型研究概述

摘要
OLETF(Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushima Fatty)大鼠是1984年由日本大冢制药公司开发的自发性2型糖尿病鼠种。目前对该鼠的研究表明其特征表现如下:(1)慢性糖尿病(DM)病程;(2)多食;(3)轻度肥胖;(4)后期(18周后)出现高血糖;(5)胰腺增生;(6)肾并发症(结节病变);(7)内皮功能障碍;(8)胆囊收缩素1(CCK-1)受体m RNA的表达完全缺失,以及雄性遗传。该鼠早期以胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢紊乱为主,以后逐渐出现胰腺功能减退,晚期合并糖尿病肾脏病变,与人类2型糖尿病极为相似。
