<正>一、活体供肾移植的历史1954年12月,Murray成功实施首例同卵孪生兄弟间活体供肾移植,使器官移植从实验进入了临床应用阶段。1959年和1962年,Hamburger等先后施行了异卵孪生间和表亲间活体供肾移植。由于活体取肾术是对一个健康者实施手术,因此,带来近期和远期的医疗风险,额外产生医疗费用,并导致伦理与
