中西药促胃肠动力药治疗慢传输型便秘的临床研究进展

摘要：

促胃肠动力药种类很多,根据其不同的作用机制,广泛应用于各种胃肠动力减弱的疾病。其对便秘的治疗研究逐渐增多,中西药促胃肠动力药物通过不同环节调节胃肠道平滑肌的运动,抑制胃肠逆蠕动,恢复胃肠正常蠕动,改善便秘症状。但各种西药促动力药物在临床应用中均被发现有不同程度的不良反应,如何研究一种安全、有效、价廉的促胃肠动力药物治疗慢性功能性便秘有很重要的临床价值。
