工作—家庭一体化管理制度的微观绩效与宏观均衡——兼论“互联网+”时代的管理创新

摘要
"互联网+"时代的无边界生产使工作与家庭关系从冲突、隔离模式走向一体化模式,工作—家庭一体化的管理制度应运而生。该制度能实现市场品(经济资本)和非市场品(社会资本、组织心理资本和家庭心理资本)收益最大化的生产均衡。在一体化管理制度下,工作与家庭间形成平衡、协同、增益与促进关系,会提升市场品和非市场品产出,同时增加市场品的供给量和需求量,供求曲线都右移;由非市场品间接引致的需求对价格影响甚微,市场依然保持经典均衡模型中的均衡价格,同时各种异质化资本收益在同构效用作用下彼此相互增强,给企业带来超经典均衡收益,使企业有扩大规模的内生张力。
