摘要：

脑微出血是脑内微小血管病变所致的一种亚临床血管损伤的表现,主要由血液组成物质通过脆性微血管壁溢出而形成,临床表现缺乏特异性。脑微出血与多种临床疾病密切相关,其与缺血性脑卒中及脑卒中后抗栓、溶栓及出血转化等的相关性是目前的研究热点。文中对脑微出血与缺血性脑卒中的研究现状及进展做综述。
