小脑重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察小脑重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为小脑组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规吞咽康复训练,小脑组在对照组基础上加小脑的重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗,治疗3周后,2组均采用纤维内镜下吞咽困难严重程度量表(FEDSS)和渗漏-误吸量表(PAS)对患者吞咽功能进行评价。结果:治疗前,2组FEDSS及PAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗3周后,2组FEDSS及PAS评分均明显低于治疗前(均P<0.05),2组治疗后FEDSS及PAS评分比较,小脑组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小脑重复经颅磁刺激联合常规吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍具有更显著的治疗作用,其疗效优于单纯常规吞咽康复训练。
