大鼠肾大部切除诱发慢性肾衰模型的建立

摘要：

应用 Platt法切除 SD大鼠大部肾脏 ,通过血生化及骨矿化物的观察 ,发现其能诱发慢性肾功能衰竭。随着肾衰的加重 ,动物出现高磷低钙血症 ,高甲状旁腺激素 (PTH)血症以及骨矿化物含量下降等肾性骨病的表现。这提示该模型颇似人类慢性肾衰的表现 ,为筛选治疗慢性肾衰和继发的肾性骨病的有效药物提供了一种实验对象
