<正>慢传输性便秘(slowtransit constipation,STC)是由于大肠功能紊乱,传导失常而导致的排便周期延长和排便困难。现多以功能性便秘的罗马Ⅲ诊断标准为参考,慢传输性便秘占功能性便秘的45.5%[1]。主要临床表现是较长时间的大便次
