新生儿脑损伤生物学标志物研究进展

摘要
过去几十年, 生物学标志物作为无创工具在很多疾病的早期诊断及监测中被广泛应用。在围生医学, 随着高危新生儿的存活率增高, 越来越迫切需要可监测新生儿脑损伤的生物学标志物应用于临床。因为新生儿脑损伤的临床表现较为隐匿, 当临床表现和监测参数发生变化时往往已错过最佳治疗时机, 所以早期发现脑损伤的高危新生儿非常关键。这些生物学标志物的应用可使临床医师在疾病的早期即进行干预, 并监测这些干预的有效性。然而, 目前尚无足够充分的研究保证这些标志物常规应用于临床。现总结目前研究较多的生物学标志物, 如激活素A、S100B蛋白、胶质纤维酸性蛋白、肾上腺髓质素、神经特异性烯醇化酶、白细胞介素-6、转化生长因子-β、尿酸、有核红细胞、血红素氧化酶-1在监测新生儿脑损伤中的作用。
