13价肺炎球菌多糖结合疫苗安全性的meta分析

摘要：

目的系统评价13价肺炎球菌多糖结合疫苗的安全性。方法计算机检索CNKI、CBM、维普、万方、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆和Web of Science,搜集相关随机对照试验。按照Cochrane协作网等推荐的方法评价纳入文献质量,采用RevMan5.3软件对提取数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10个文献,合计5 425例受种者。Meta分析结果显示:13价肺炎球菌多糖结合疫苗与其它肺炎球菌结合疫苗相比,产生的压痛症状少[RR=0.95,95%CI(0.92,1.00)];肿胀症状多[RR=1.67,95%CI(1.03,2.69)];发烧症状多[RR=1.08,95%CI(1.03,1.14)];发红症状[RR=1.11,95%CI(0.64,1.91)]、食欲减退症状[RR=1.05,95%CI(0.97,1.13)]、易怒症状差异无统计学意义[RR=1.08,95%CI(0.98,1.18)]。结论 13价肺炎球菌多糖结合疫苗与其它肺炎球菌结合疫苗相比,产生的压痛症状少,肿胀症状和发烧症状多,发红症状、食欲减退症状及易怒症状无统计学差异。
