摘要：

β-连环素(β-catenin,β-cat)作为胞浆内的一种重要多功能蛋白,具有介导细胞粘附和在Wnt信号传导途径中起重要作用的双重功能。目前对恶性肿瘤的研究表明,β-catenin基因突变及蛋白的过表达与肿瘤的发生、发展和预后密切相关,阻断β-catenin信号通路的异常激活有望成为治疗恶性肿瘤的新手断。
