Based on the proposition that the solar gyromagnetic effect is a basic cause of solar activity,the authors studied the climate and hydrology of Haihe region in China with solar motion.Their ultralong term prediction would be an important research subject.Moreover,some good correlations between solar motion and discharge of Haihe River have been found.Especially,for the sum of discharges of Weihe River,Ziyahe River and Dapinghe River,i.e.the southern tributaries of Haihe River,the correlation coefficient is as high as 0.87 with a confidence level of 99.9%.This implies that our subject would have some fairly good practical value.s
