摘要：

目前新生代农民工已成为农民工群体的主体。对18名新生代农民工进行深入访谈,以探讨其主观幸福感现状及影响因素。访谈结果显示,新生代农民工主观幸福感状况总体处于中上水平;新生代农民工自身因素、社会支持及工作因素是影响其主观幸福感水平的主要方面;要进一步提高其主观幸福感,需要新生代农民工自身、家庭和政府的共同努力。
