床旁即时凝血检测仪在抗凝治疗监测中的临床应用进展

摘要：

与检验科凝血检测仪检测国际标准化比值(INR)比较,POCT凝血检测仪的准确度较好,精密度良好。用床旁即时(POCT)凝血检测仪最主要的优势在于能缩短检测周转时间,同时提高患者的满意度。不仅提高了患者华法林抗凝治疗的质量,而且减少了血栓栓塞事件和降低了全因死亡率,不增加出血事件的风险。同时,可以明显提高患者用药的依从性及生活质量。美国等国家由药师管理的抗凝门诊中,POCT凝血检测仪的应用,方便医务人员及时调整华法林的用药剂量,保证患者用药安全。若能进一步提高POCT凝血检测仪检测INR的准确度,会更好地服务于临床。
