摘要
农产品产地溯源的目的是保证农产品的真实性,为地理标志产品、地区特征性产品产地真伪鉴别提供关键技术。近红外光谱是一种新兴的检测技术,因操作简单、绿色、高效、快速等特点,被广泛应用于农产品产地溯源研究中。本文介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的原理和特点,综述了基于近红外光谱技术的谷物、油料产品、水果等主要农产品产地溯源的研究进展,分析了现有技术存在的问题,并对今后农产品产地溯源的研究进行了展望,以期为近红外光谱技术在农产品产地溯源的进一步应用提供参考。
