摘要
<正>卒中后患者不仅会出现运动功能和感觉障碍,还会出现不同程度的认知功能障碍。卒中后认知功能障碍(post-stroke cognitive impairment,PSCI)是血管性认知功能障碍的重要组成部分[1]。PSCI并非一定存在记忆障碍,若伴有某些认知域的功能下降,即使无记忆障碍,亦可定义为认知功能障碍。有研究显示,卒中后高达1/2~2/3的患者存在某种程度的认知功能障碍,约1/3患者发展成为痴呆[2-3]。我
