基于“知识三角”逻辑的欧洲大学改革与启示——以芬兰阿尔托大学为例

摘要
"知识三角"生态系统观强调教育、研究和创新三大知识领域协同发展的逻辑原理。近年来,在"知识三角"逻辑驱动下,欧洲发起了新一轮大学改革浪潮,比较典型的是芬兰阿尔托大学的改革。借鉴欧洲大学改革经验,在我国高校协同创新中心建设进程中,政府应在政策上、体制上和模式上注重"知识三角"协同发展,充分发挥"知识三角"的"正外部性"效应。
